This is such a cute top! The boxy-shape is enhanced with a boat neck, and extended shoulders. It fits just on your hips (covering the belly!) The centre feature panel (front and back) has been painstakingly filled with bias cut strips, took absolutely ages to do. The fabric is drapey and cool. Perfect for hot summer days.
